Lend us a hand

The field of court reporting and CART/captioning is thriving*—offering wide-open job markets, flexible work schedules, independence, and mobility. But, there aren’t enough new graduates entering the workforce to meet the growing demand for these skilled professionals.

Stenograph-owned School
Prince Institute is focused on meeting the need of the marketplace, one graduate at a time. We provide students with the rigorous, quality education, and hands-on experience necessary to prepare them for the demands of the court reporting and CART/captioning professions. It’s a lot of hard work for students to reach typing speeds of 225 words per minute, but the students who complete the program can have an exciting work environment and excellent income potential.

With three regional campuses—located in Chicago, Denver, and Montgomery—and fully online learning options, we’re dedicated to helping students achieve their educational and career aspirations.

* The Department of Labor projects that job opportunities for court reporters will grow as fast as the average for all occupations.

**A recent ruling by the FCC requiring that all television programs be captioned is creating a huge demand for broadcast captioners. The passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act has created a tremendous need for CART/captioners on college campuses.
